Our method

Stap 1:
In-depth diagnosis and clear analysis
Together, we will uncover the current way of working. We will work alongside your employees to form a shared perspective of the actual process execution, using mind mapping techniques. We will analyse the workflows quantitatively and qualitatively and provide you with clear diagnostic snapshots of how the process flow currently functions.
This gives you insight into what you want to change and what that will achieve. Necessity drives change!

Stap 2:
Thorough redesign with a guiding vision for the future
We will shape the intended way of working. How can people, processes and technology be aligned? We dream about the future together in discussions with employees, management and customers. But we also remain realistic and take resources, frameworks and feasibility into account. This results in a clear design of the intended working method.
We inspire with working methods and ideas from the field. This is how we sketch a guiding vision for the future: this is how it should be, this is where we are going. Vision gives direction!

Stap 3:
Convert and deliver
Now that the vision is in place, it’s time to take action! The future state will be designed, detailed and tested. Across people, process, and technology. We manage your programme, project, or sprints that turn the vision into reality, and keep the spirit alive. We position and coach your own specialists and we provide additional implementation capacity.
This is how dreams become tangible and achievable. Spirit gives strength and capacity make possible!

Stap 4:
Implement widely and celebrate success
The broad roll-out will take place. We will reach out to all employees, suppliers and customers so that they start working according to the new method. This means scaling up, training and coaching. We help your line organisation to leverage the appropriate governance and introduce training concepts and implementation techniques.
We monitor results and celebrate success; that’s what drives us. Success inspires belief!

Stap 5:
Continuous improvement
Now that business operations have been strengthened, they must remain strong. We are completing the transition by integrating and promoting permanent management and continuous improvement. We are introducing improvement methods and our improvement coaches are helping to master them at all management levels.
The assurance process is also being designed. This allows you to continue to improve sustainably. Structures and systems safeguard change!
