Work‑based learning programme at BPM Consult

In this work-based learning programme, we combine knowledge transfer in process management with the direct application of improvements within your organisation. It is not a standalone training course, but a continuous programme where theory and practice come together. BPM Consult guides the trajectory around a current business challenge, ensuring that what is learned can be immediately applied. Participants develop their skills, strengthen collaboration, and deliver tangible results that enhance both efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Content and approach

This work-based learning programme trains employees to become process management professionals over one or two years. We start with the fundamentals: process management, process mapping, and analysis. We then move on to more advanced topics, including Lean, customer journeys, process control, digitalisation, and continuous improvement.

Participants learn through workshops, simulations, on-the-job coaching, and application in their own work. Theory and practice are closely integrated. In this way, employees build knowledge and skills, deliver improvements within their organisation, and contribute to more efficient processes, an enhanced customer experience, and a culture of continuous improvement.
