5 Daagse Training Bij Bpm Consult
5 daagse training bij BPM Consult
An intensive, pressure cooker programme in which a project team comes together to analyse, redesign, and develop an implementation plan for a critical organisational process. Learning and doing go hand in hand, delivering immediately applicable results. Your own management is involved in decision making, ensuring that improvements are embedded straight away.rnrnIn During the five-day training, we cover both the background and theory of process management as well as its practical application. We work on a current issue within your organisation and go through all phases, so that the outcome can be used directly for improvement and implementation.
Description
The training spans five days, divided into five modules.
Module 1: Awareness & experience
We start with a case from your own organisation: what is the trigger and what are the objectives? We then explore the background of process management and the concept of horizontal organisation in more depth. In a workshop, we map processes and carry out an analysis. You will then step into a simulation of a business process where bottlenecks become tangible and collaboration is key. By replicating familiar process issues, this creates both recognition and immediate action.
Module 2: Analysis
You will learn to identify waste in processes using Lean principles. Following a theoretical introduction, you will apply this directly in a workshop using processes from your own organisation. We also analyse the customer journey: how the customer moves through the process and where improvements can be made. In addition, you will continue mapping and analysing processes.
Module 3: Prioritisation & descision-making
Based on the analysis, you will develop improvement opportunities, prioritise them, and prepare a business case. This block focuses on supporting decision-making and building stakeholder alignment.
Module 4: Redesign
Day four focuses on the desired future process. You will design the ideal process and develop it in detail, including roles and responsibilities.
Module 5: Implementation & communication
You will learn about change management and implementation. You will then create a concrete change plan. At the end of the day, you will present the outcome to management, ensuring that improvements are immediately embedded and applicable within the organisation.
