In the BPM process game, everything revolves around experiencing, doing, and improving. Participants step into a realistic business process where bottlenecks become tangible and collaboration takes centre stage. By simulating familiar process issues, it creates immediate recognition and prompts action.

Whether you choose the standard game or a tailored simulation, the approach is always focused and hands-on. In advance, we discuss your practical context and jointly define the learning objectives. During the day, experienced consultants facilitate both the process and the group’s learning dynamics. Afterwards, we reflect on the insights gained and provide recommendations for next steps. How can we operate as efficiently as possible as a company? Participants take on familiar roles within the process.

10:00 – Round 1: Let’s get started!

The weekly task is introduced. It is Monday morning: the warehouse opens, components are ready to be assembled. Ready? Go!

11:00 – Evaluation & improvement

Was the weekly target achieved? How did collaboration work? What will we do differently in Round 2? And how does this compare to our own organisation? What causes these issues?

13:00 – Round 2: With improvements

We implement the proposed improvements. Do things now work better, faster, or more intelligently?

15:00 – Evaluation & reflection

What worked? What didn’t? What lessons will we take forward, and what can we do differently tomorrow? What can we change ourselves, and where do we need management support? How will we approach this?
