1-day training at BPM Consult

In this one day training, you will learn the fundamentals of process management, what it is and how to apply it. We cover the principles of process oriented working, techniques to map and improve processes. Through knowledge, reflection and a practical hands on assignment, you immediately apply the content so the knowledge sticks and can be used effectively in practice.

Omschrijving

The training consists of three modules
Blok 1: Introduction and self assessment
We start with a theoretical explanation of process management, and the concept of horizontal organization and the ten golden rules of process oriented working.

Module 2: Process mapping
This module focuses on process design. How do you map processes effectively? Through two workshops, participants map a primary process and a supporting process. We reflect together on the outcomes and the experiences during the mapping process.

Module 3: Interaction between players
We examine the interactions between players, applications and processes. Waste is analyzed, and the customer journey is explored. How does the customer experience the service and the contact moments? Finally, we discuss the development stages and provide participants with practical guidance to take the next steps within their own organization.

To conclude, we review the development stages to provide a forward view on how you can take the next steps in your own organization.
