Stap 1:

Thorough diagnosis and clear analysis

We work together to uncover the current way of working. With your employees, we create a shared understanding of how processes are actually carried out, using mind-mapping techniques. We analyse workflows both quantitatively and qualitatively, and present you with clear diagnostic snapshots that show how the process flow is currently functioning.

This gives you insight into what you want to change and what it will deliver. A sense of urgency drives action!

Stap 2:

Thorough redesign with a clear vision of the future

We shape the desired way of working together. How can people, processes and technology be aligned? We explore future possibilities in discussions with employees, management and customers. At the same time, we stay realistic by assessing resources, constraints and feasibility, resulting in a clear design of the intended way of working.

We inspire with methods and ideas from outside the organisation. In this way, we define the destination on the horizon: this is what it should become, this is where we are heading. Vision provides direction!

Stap 3:

Implement and make it a reality

Now that the vision is in place, there is work to be done. Let’s get started! The new situation is worked out in detail, set up and tested across people, processes and technology.
We manage your programme, project or sprints to turn the vision into reality and keep the momentum going. We position and coach your own specialists and provide additional delivery capacity where needed.

This is how the vision becomes tangible and workable. Momentum provides energy, and capabilities make it achievable.

Stap 4:

Broad implementation and celebrating success

The broad rollout will take place. We will engage all employees, suppliers and customers so that they start working according to the new way of operating. This involves scaling up, training and coaching. We help your line organisation step into its strength within the appropriate governance and bring in training concepts and implementation techniques.

We monitor results and celebrate success, that’s what we do it for. Success builds belief!

Stap 5:

Continuous improvement

Now that operations have been strengthened, they also need to remain strong. We complete the transformation by embedding ongoing governance and continuous improvement and setting them in motion. We introduce improvement methodologies, and our improvement coaches help your teams master them at all management levels.

Embedding is also given shape. This ensures you continue to improve sustainably. Structures and systems are firmly anchored.
